Terms of Service

    Last updated: March 2026

    Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the website, or purchasing access to screen.diet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; we will indicate the revision date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

    The service

screen.diet offers a structured digital program (including content, check-ins, journal features, and AI-assisted coaching) intended to support healthier screen habits. The service is not medical or psychological treatment. It does not replace professional care. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

    Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

    Fees and refunds

Paid plans are described at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Refund rules communicated on the website (e.g. guarantee period) apply as stated at the time of purchase.

    Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to access others’ data, no interference with infrastructure, no scraping or reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, and no use of the service to generate harmful or illegal content.

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

    Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise. Questions: [email protected].

These pages summarise our practices for transparency. They do not replace legal advice. We may update them; the date on each page reflects the latest revision.
