Program activity: check-ins, journal entries, progress (e.g. current day, streaks), and messages exchanged with the AI coach within the product.
Payments: amounts, plan, and payment status are processed via Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device language, and similar logs needed for security and reliability.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide and improve the service, personalise your experience, process payments, ensure security, comply with law, and communicate with you about your account.
Where applicable (e.g. EEA/CH), we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and product improvement), and consent when required.
Processors and transfers
We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email, payment processing, AI APIs) who process data on our instructions. Some providers may be located outside Switzerland or the EEA; where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep data for as long as your account exists and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g. accounting, disputes).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
